Year-End Message from the Superintendent of Schools

To our learning community,

As we reach the close of another school year, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to our students, staff, families and community partners. Creating a culture of well-being is a collective effort, and each member of our district has contributed in meaningful ways.

Our students have demonstrated remarkable determination and creativity, through academics, arts, athletics, and their many contributions in schools and community. Their curiosity and commitment continue to inspire me. To our dedicated staff, thank you for the care, encouragement and unwavering support you provide each day. You help foster learning environment where every student feels valued and supported to truly be who they are as they discover and develop their personal gifts.

To our families and community members, thank you for your continued involvement and collaboration. Together, we are building a district grounded in excellence, inclusivity, equity, and care. As summer approaches, I extend congratulations to our graduates and wish them all the best in their future endeavours. To those returning in the fall, I wish you a restful and rejuvenating break. We look forward to welcoming you back in September, ready for another year of learning and growth.

Best wishes for a safe and enjoyable summer holiday!

Yours in learning and with gratitude,
