A few last-minute reminders as we begin a new school year! 

 

Student Schedules and Course Change Requests 

All students should arrive knowing their classes on Tuesday morning. New students|families, an email will be sent to you this morning that includes your username and a temporary password, allowing you to access the Portal. I am in the office until 4:30pm today if you need assistance. Please read the instructions below: 

The MyEd Portal will open  this morning at 9 am.  

MyEducation BC: https://www.myeducation.gov.bc.ca/aspen/logon.do  

• Username for parents: p64firstname.lastname    

• Username for students: s64firstname.lastname

For Grade 10-12 students who have questions or would like to request course changes, please contact a counselor by email (Nia: nwilliams@sd64.org or Tony: tmarshall@sd64.org) to book an appointment. Course change requests will close at the end of the day on Tuesday, September 15th, 2026, at 4pm.  

Please note that our school timetable is built based on course requests from the previous year, and we strive to meet all students’ needs. However, not all course change requests can be accommodated. We prioritize students with incomplete schedules and requests that are related to graduation requirements or post-secondary plans.

Caf needs a start-up time before they are prepared to open for the semester. Please make other plans for the first few days of school. We will inform you when they are ready to start serving delicious food on the Morning Announcements!
