Fernwood Elementary Newsletter February 12th & Letter to Families

Dear Fernwood Families, 

Please find attached this week's newsletter. Monday is the statutory holiday 'Family Day' and therefore school is closed. There will a school day on Friday, February 20th. This will also be a day with a Fun Friday theme and Pizza Day, organized by your Fernwood PAC. 

Wednesday, February 18th is an early dismissal day for an opportunity to have a learning update with your child's teacher. School will be dismissed at 12:00 pm that day. 

Thank you to the Fernwood PAC for putting on the beautiful Light Up the Night event for families last Thursday! You are very appreciated! 

Please also find attached to this email a letter to families from School District 64 Associate Superintendent/Safer Schools Coordinator, Boe Beardsmore. Have a good weekend, everyone.
